Mikayla Nielsen had somewhat of a breakout year in 2018, claiming numerous overall victories in the Girls class over the course of the season. The KTM rider earned the attention of the Team Dunlop Elite squad due to her impressive run of results, earning their support for the upcoming year. The Troy Lee Designs backed rider collected a total of seven AMA number one plates throughout the year and she shows no signs of slowing down when the gate drops on 2019.
